In my training in traditional ashrams across India, I realised that there are few things as powerful as the repetition of a daily yogic practice. I have founded Still to help my super busy generation learn and practice yogic tools authentically, yet daily - in a way that’s simple and possible in this crazy age of noise. I've been a part of multiple workplaces myself and now running & managing a team. I've seen first-hand from our practitioners & our own team, how being a practitioner really makes a difference.
