Staying on the streak
If you don't practice for 2 days in a row, your streak will be reset back to Day 1. Consistency is key to building a habit - and we've designed the journey to keep you consistent.
You can either access Still through the link on your WhatsApp or you can 'Add Still to Homescreen' by pressing the share button on your browser and practice access Still straight from your homescreen.

A few things you should keep in mind!
Try finding a quiet space
Use earphones if in a loud place
You might not be able to keep up with the guided audio practice for the first few days - that's ok!
You can do the 5-Day Streak at any time of the day, but we recommend that you do the 21-Day Streak on an empty stomach; either mornings or pre-dinner.
