During my training in traditional ashrams across India, I realised that there are few things as powerful as the repetition of a daily yogic practice. This is also how ancient yogis of India practised before yoga and meditation were an industry. I have founded Still to help my super busy generation learn and practice yogic tools authentically, yet daily - in a way that’s simple and possible in this crazy age of noise.

During my training in traditional ashrams across India, my teachers taught me one routine, and I had to do it everyday. Slowly, I learned more longer, advanced versions of the same routine. I realized then, that there are few things as powerful as repetition of a daily yogic practice.
This is also how ancient yogis of India practiced before yoga and meditation was an industry.
